Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your RYSOVA purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging intact. We are unable to accept returns on opened or partially used products for hygiene reasons.
Eligible Items for Return
- Unopened products in original packaging
- Items received damaged or defective
- Items that are incorrect (wrong product sent)
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used skincare products
- Items purchased on final sale or clearance
- Gift cards
- Items without original packaging
How to Initiate a Return
Email support@rysova.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
We’ll review your request and send you return instructions and a Return Authorisation (RA) number within 2 business days.
Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the credit.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
